“Mark Tuller’s culinary journey began at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, where he honed his skills and developed a deep passion for the art of cooking. Since 2004, Mark has been a respected figure in the catering industry, creating memorable dining experiences for all types of events. Before launching his own catering business in 2007, he held executive culinary positions at several renowned establishments, including the historic Otesaga Resort in Cooperstown, NY.
In 2007, Mark took the leap and founded Tuller’s Catering and Party Service, offering customized menus that span everything from upscale BBQ to formal affairs. His passion for creating extraordinary culinary experiences led him to travel across New York State, helping clients design unforgettable moments in a wide variety of settings. No matter the occasion or budget, Mark’s expertise ensures every event is perfectly catered to suit the tastes and needs of his clients.
Mark’s dedication to his craft and his vision for creating a truly unique event experience inspired him to take the next step. In 2017, he and his business partner (and brother), Matt, established Longview Farm & Event Center in Edmeston, NY– a beautiful venue that seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern elegance. Today, Mark continues to lead both the catering business and the event center, creating unforgettable experiences for couples, families, and businesses across the region.
